Robert Half is looking for a Service Desk Analyst II. The Service Desk Analyst II will provide user support and customer service on company supported hardware, applications, and platforms. Requirements

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

· Service Desk Analyst role will provide technical support onsite

· Provide level 1 and some level 2 excellent desktop, application and network support via telephone, e-mail or in-person.

· Responsible for help desk calls, ticket support and proper escalation support.

· Assists in network administration, desktop support and software deployments.

· Provide level 1 and at times level 2 support, client installation and configuring of the following networking issues:

o Cisco and Fortinet VPN and Firewalls

o Cisco Routers/Switches and Maraki Access Points

o Cisco Telephony System

· Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, installation and supporting the following workstation, peripheral and mobile device issues:

o Office 365 and Office Applications

o Windows 7/10

o Standard and proprietary applications (CRM, Adobe DC etc.)

o Desktop and laptop hardware (Windows and Macs)

o Copiers, printers, scanners, Fax devices/application

o Mobile devices (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android
