Build and foster strong relationships with fundraising colleagues across campusPartner with assigned development officers to regularly review, rebalance and strengthen portfolios and the donor pipeline; help manage prospects in the CRM system as they move through the donor/prospect lifecycleHold regular portfolio reviews to ensure data quality and accurate documentation of fundraising activity and filed proposalsAdminister prospect management policy and offer consultation on policy guidelinesProvide training on CRM system and related processesRemain in frequent communication with development officers, prospect researchers, development associates, development specialists and other colleagues/stakeholders to ensure highest level of supportMaintain prospect data quality and confidential information Other related functions as assigned
