At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Lobby Ambassador will greet guests in the Lobby and provide variety of assistance to guests during their stays.

What will I be doing?

At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, as Lobby Ambassador, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area
• Entertain questions from guests and respond with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc.
• Runs errands such as ticket pick-up laundry pick-up and delivery, etc for guests
• Retrievesmessagesforguests.Retrievesmail,smallpackagesandfacsimilesforguestsas requested
• Maintainsappearanceofhotellobby,removestrash,organizesfurniture,etc
• Remainscalmandalert,especiallyduringemergencyand/orheavyhotelactivity,andresolvecomplicationssuchaslocationchangesorcredit issues.
• OtherdutiesasassignedbythesupervisorsuchasassistingPBXoperatorsorreservationsagents.
