Seeking a Marketing Analyst to work with a well known organization hybrid in NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel/multi-touch direct marketing engagement

programs consisting of email, phone, in person, in-product, service delivery,

and other marketing tactics.

• Drive the overall bank marketing strategy defined by marketing and

sales leadership.

• Develop relationships with marketing partners at multiple national bank

brands and influence them to deploy marketing tactics to support

acquisition.

• Develop detailed joint marketing plans with bank partners, including

email campaigns, websites, direct mail, webinars, in-branch marketing, thought

leadership, etc.

• Provide marketing support to bank sales teams, including large bank

campaigns to the small business services salesforce.

• Assist with the onboarding of new bank partners, including cobranded

collateral, emails, and lead gen pages, in-product and statement messaging.

• Prepare and deliver pertinent, viable information to assist upper

management in strategic decision making and contribute to the development and

execution of initiatives.

• Host and lead bank partner strategy meetings to help build out their

marketing strategy and identify small business touch points to incorporate the company

• Work with and educate the sales teams to ensure proper execution of

marketing-driven leads from partner bank campaigns.

• Track and evaluate results and communicate these to management

on a regular basis.

Qualifications -

3+ years experience in direct marketing related to branding and innovation

2+ years experience in marketing collateral and email marketing

Bachelors degree completed
