Group Summary

Role Summary
The Senior CAD Designer is responsible to deliver required 2D and 3D data as per project scope, timing, budget and quality expectations.
Job Description
Lead all CAD activities in accordance with New/CE project timing and scope
Create 3D CAD for Product and Sub-Components
Create 2D drawings for Components
Create System Exploded View Drawings for production
Draw Control Plan, Creation for QA/QC
Design DV/PV Test Fixture
Make Benchmarks activities for new concept development project
Prepare Patent/Utility Model Submission
Maintain R&D Centre Project Design Activities
Write Scientific Paper
Ensure CAD Data management in Siemens TCe
Requirements
Min, 5 years of relevant experience in automotive/defense as CAD designer (Ford Projects is a plus)
Master Degree/ Master Student (Engineering/Technical Education Faculty is a plus)
CATIA V5 - Product, Part and Surface Design (Preferably plastic, foam and trim parts)
Knowledge in Siemens Teamcenter for PLM
Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced)
Knowledge of 2D and 3D Design
Knowledge in Exploded Views
Knowledge in GD&T
Knowledge in Tolerance Stack-up
Knowledge in Plastic Injection and/or Foam (Part Design is a plus)
Knowledge in CATIA Kinematics (is a plus)
Knowledge in GPDS, PPAP, APQP, IATF (is a plus)
Knowledge in DV and PV Testing (is a plus)
Advanced Level English in writing, reading and speaking skills
Team Oriented, Open to effective communication, Ready to lead the others, has to Personal Resilience, goal oriented
