The LEGO.com eCommerce Team is seeking an Assistant Trading Manager to support its work in driving LEGO.com trading in EMEA, through optimisation across markets, providing support across key activations and garnering insights to support weekly consumer plans.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Optimise site, email and paid media to drive LEGO.COM EMEA commercial performance

  • Capture / generate SKU specific keywords to ensure product discoverability

  • Optimise internal search experience on LEGO.com

  • Supply regional on site merchandising direction

  • Support digital Product Teams where relevant

  • Support regional site Q/A during key product and campaign launches.

  • Drive ad-hoc incremental campaigns

  • Brief in regional content changes to operations agency

  • Support collection of weekly performance data and insights for EMEA

The LEGO.com eCommerce Team is a vital part of the overall LEGO organisation. It is both a large contributor towards delivering our commercial goals and a critical brand experience focused on creating and maintaining excitement for the LEGO system of play.

Working alongside key business functions, this role will define and deliver plans to utilise our existing business tools to optimise the site down to a country level, becoming an expert in regional and differences and opportunities.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience working in eCommerce

  • Experience working with on-site optimisation tools including analytics, testing, content management and internal search

  • Ability to generate meaningful actions from various data points.

  • Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the online journey and how this differs by language and country

  • Ability to define requirements to drive technical changes via “AGILE Ways of Working”

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging partners at all levels

  • An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles; results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence

  • Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organisational structure

  • A User Experience (UX) background is ideal but not essential

  • Prior Loyalty Program Experience would be beneficial
