In this role, you will own delivery and publishing-related workflows, work with studio partners to ensure on-time delivery of defect-free content. You will have a chance to influence partner teams (e.g., engineering, vendor managers, content acquisition mgrs., product, ops) to deliver on your objectives.

Key job responsibilities

The Publishing Operations Team (POPS) defines and ensures Prime Video meets the highest standards for content publishing. This includes owning future-proofing the digital supply chain, setting spec requirement roadmaps, improving partner delivery experience, and delivering programs that drive innovation and efficiency that enhance the global customer experience.

The Partner Operations Organization within Prime Video is looking for a Digital Supply Chain Manager to join the EU team. This role will be a key team member who will work with a cohort of EU Partners on the delivery process and publishing to Prime Video. This Digital Supply Chain manager will identify partners each month / quarter who are consistently struggling to meet our delivery requirements and support them in driving improvement. This person will feedback any consistent themes on partner pain points to relevant teams to ensure we update and iterate on our current guidelines/workflows/tools. The successful candidate should have experience within the digital supply chain, with a passion to innovate, and drive continuous improvement and ensure key goals are being met. This person should have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners at the same time and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life

• Manage a set of partners at scale and drive programmatic improvements to partner delivery and quality performance

• Design workflows that allow for simplification of the passively managed partners to eliminate redundancy and drive continuous improvement

• Manage the “matrix” for EU of partner allocation and contact details ensuring that this is accurate and up to date

• Own the Ticketing queue for Transactional Video On Demand (TVOD) Europe and ensure Mean-Time-To-Resolve (MTTR) metrics are met.

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated results in Content Operations with large global organizations

• Familiarity with industry digital delivery standards, specifications, and delivery formats with the capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly.

• Experience managing process updates across cross-function teams and coordinating release schedules

• Knowledge and familiarity with DAM (digital asset management) systems and familiar with digital video file formats including but not limited to the following: digital master files, Mezz (Mezzanine) files, and compressed deliverables.

• Experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain/Operational Management, or business development

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

• Ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to senior stakeholders

• Strong working knowledge of excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to understand customers and their behaviour in order to drive new feature development

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills

• Ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
