Job Description

Amazon Business Customer Services learning experience team is seeking training specialist for a short term interim role. Overall responsibility include boosting the competencies of our customer service associates by developing and conducting effective training programs. The person will indirectly help enhance the employee’s workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values to meet the goal of organization.

Key job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Be an expert in French language

  2. Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.

  3. Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned territory.

  4. Conducting learning session on new process as well as deliver various training courses as continuous learning.

  5. Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement)

  6. Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.

  7. Partners with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check the process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.

  8. Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.

  9. Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance.

10.Drive Quality & Learning metrics

11.Conducting chime sessions & Class room sessions to the stake holders

Key job responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions based on site needs;

• Conduct Daily sessions with trainees;

• Track and providing weekly debriefs and reporting to the ABCS Leadership Team;

• Documents feedback and audit results to help the Leadership Team identify strengths as well as area of opportunity;

• Contribute to additional training projects as required;

• Understands workflow and daily production goals;

• Solve problems, reacting quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve;

• Maintains a positive attitude and presence on the floor;

• Facilitates and presents to groups of up to 30 people in a class;

• Act as an effective people manager during mentored production periods during training.

Manila, PHL

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be an expert in French Language

  • Good communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development;

  • Good coordination and organization skills;

  • Passionate about adult Learning; striving to provide the perfect Trainee experience

  • Extensive expertise in cultural and soft skills relevant to a contact center environment;

  • Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); and

  • High Level of Ownership and Self-Drive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a training role;

  • Training experience specific to a contact center environment;

  • French Language certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or significant college course work, in communication, education or related field;

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
