Your Opportunity: Navitor Specialty Products, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in North Mankato, MN! In this position, you will be responsible for taking a consultative approach with select key accounts to assess their needs and promote our products and services to drive their business forward. Your Responsibilities: Develop relationships and manage select key new and existing accounts to drive new sales growth. Provide customer communication and support as required. Responsible for the execution of new programs and enhancements to programs for key customers. Develop relationships with our customers and outside Sales Reps; provide product knowledge and education on our products, features, and benefits. Ability to take point on projects and be seen as someone that issues can escalate to and be resolved. Utilize tools for tracking and reporting sales activity. Provide overall sales support throughout the sales life cycle with the launch of new products to existing or new customers. Develop competitor analysis to better understand our market position. Implementation and engagement of resources to develop customer solutions for products including establishing critical timelines and production workflow. Maintain and expand sales of current customers by understanding the company's capabilities and services. Then conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to offer them as a solution to a problem, a way to increase service, or to make their product further stand out. Proactively identify any problems with the policies or procedures that may have an adverse effect on our customers or our ability to provide them with exceptional customer service. Provide alternative solutions to those problems. You Must Have: High school education or equivalent Ability to direct and manage multiple complex projects Ability to demonstrate that you are a motivated, forward-thinking, and relationship-driven Account Manager Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite - including Excel Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, team and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a high energy and challenging environment Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills We Would Also Prefer: Associate's or Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience in a print-related field About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
