Shift: This role is 5th Shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $27.65 an hour

The Crew Coordinator is an important team member at our Menomonie, WI food manufacturing facility - proud makers of Swiss Miss hot cocoa and Swiss Miss and Hunts Snack Pack pudding and gels products! You will report to the manager of our Pudding department and have responsibility for shift coordination of a high-performance work team including assigning and directing employees within their assigned cell. You will provide decision-making including safety, HACCP/Quality, planned downtime, unplanned downtime, line performance, and accurate reporting for line performance. You will be responsible for communication between shifts and team members from other shift crews to help keep us successful.

Essential Job Functions: (To perform this job, you will be expected to perform each essential duty satisfactorily).

• Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others .

• Accountable for the performance results and capability of equipment and crew

• Develop the skills of the cell through training, teaching, and coaching

• Support production lines via CPS processes

• Provide Safety and Quality Support, including understanding, interpretation and execution of Food Safety Guidelines/Good Manufacturing practices (GMP's), Sanitation, 5S, Aseptic methods, measures, and practices

• Deliver Daily Operations Support

• Assist crew members with basic maintenance tasks

• Follow and complete tasks as directed by Cell Leader

• Other duties as assigned based on our needs

• Responsible for Food Safety & Quality

• Regular, reliable attendance is necessary

Skills Required:

• Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.

• Develop working knowledge of Cupped Snacks production equipment and quality requirements

• Two years related work experience on a manufacturing floor (food production preferred), or technical school training.

• Learn and interact in SAP

• Coach and influence crew members

• Excellent analytical skills

• Communicate effectively with all team members within the department

• Prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work overtime and adjust work schedules
