We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team and focus on creating engaging content to connect our customer needs to our business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for designs across our portfolio (from engagement to community), ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all aspects of our products. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our brand objectives and marketing goals.

• Content Creation: Create visually stunning and engaging marketing content, including but not limited to social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, infographics, and presentations.

• Visual Branding: Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

• User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Information Architecture: Create intuitive and efficient information architectures that facilitate navigation and user interaction within our platform and systems.

• Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop prototypes and wireframes to communicate design ideas, iterate on concepts, and gather feedback for refinement.

• Interaction Design: Craft intuitive and engaging interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance the user experience and usability with a healthy obsession over the details of every interaction and motion, and not just the visual design.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product management and development to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of your designs, fostering a collaborative and iterative design and development process.

• UI: strong knowledge of how complex designs get implemented; ability to work closely with technical members of product development and design system teams

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in ux design or a product design related role.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including evidence of solving complex design challenges.

• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment with Jira proficiency.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
