Hyperion Administrator - PBCS (Corporate)

The role we are offering you:

By joining our financial systems team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our forecasting and financial consolidation tools with three other Hyperion administrators. Ready to:

  • Maintain and update applications

  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide direction on appropriate resolution

  • Analyze, propose and develop new functionality based on business requirements

  • Test and implement new system releases, upgrades and patches

  • Serve as point of contact with IT (CGI + IT CAE) and liaise with finance functional team

  • Facilitate and provide training for business users

  • Develop and maintain reports for financial and business reporting

Hyperion PBCS (Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services) and FDMEE:

  • Perform month end maintenance (create/modify outlines, views, role configurations, user security, etc.)

  • Perform PBCS application tasks (code and execute business rules and calculation scripts, ready system, maintain metadata and substitution variables, etc.)

  • Participate in maintaining three applications with monthly forecasts (highly customized)

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 3 years working within an Oracle Hyperion EPM environment (PBCS, HP, Essbase, HFM, FDM/FDMEE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field

  • Accounting knowledge / background / experience

  • Strong communications skills in English and French, both written and spoken

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships and partner with end-users worldwide

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams as well as independent setting

  • Openness to learning and supporting new technology / systems

Good assets:

  • Superior knowledge of Excel, VBA macros and SmartView for MS Office

  • Experience with FDM / FDMEE

  • Experience with ODI is a plus
