A mid-sized law firm in Oakmont, PA is searching for a Legal Assistant to join their growing firm. Searching for an individual with 2+ years of legal experinece. This person must be able to demonstrate sharp communication skills and be able to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for assigned attorney(s)
• Typing from dictation
• Handle filing, preparation, and sending of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents
• Draft and edit legal documents
• Enter time sheets and billing information
• Maintain client files

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2 or more years of legal assistant experience
• Knowledge of federal and state court filing requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
