Seattle Children’s Hospital Family Advocate Case Manager - Psychiatric Urgent Care in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: This position has responsibility, in collaboration with the health care team and family, for the coordination of care for patients with autism or other psychiatric conditions. This includes promoting access to coordinated services within Seattle Children's and the community and empowering families through education and support and advocacy. Job Posting Addendum: We are looking for a full-time & part-time Family Advocate Case Manager to work in our brand new Psychiatry Urgent Care Clinic! These positions will require working a mix of day/evening shifts as well as Saturdays/Sundays. A full-time employee works 1.0 FTE (80 hours per bi-weekly pay periods) & part-time employees will work 0.6 FTE (48 hours per bi-weekly pay periods). Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree in Social Science or a related field. Experience working with patients who have a diagnosis of Autism or other psychiatric conditions, and their families. Required Credentials: N/A. Preferred: N/A. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $33.41 - $50.11 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $69,492.80 - $104,228.80 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
