Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Own the Digital Customer Leader Dashboard which measures progress against digital transformation

  • Deliver timely and accurate global KPI results aligned with digital customer leadership best practices

  • Champion adoption of the dashboard, ensuring it reflects essential KPIs

  • Collaborate with digital product managers to set ambitious targets and pivot strategies when needed

  • Curate the Digital Adoption Playbook, integrating internal and external best practices

  • Source and report digital adoption benchmarks to ensure an outside-in perspective

  • Deep dive into KPI data and customer journeys to drive informed decision-making

  • Lead cross-functional teams using lean agile practices to optimize delivery

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously enhance product features

  • Ensure data quality and governance principles are upheld, with a focus on automation

The ideal candidate is:

  • A persuasive communicator adept at engaging executives

  • Passionate about emerging digital technologies and their impact on user experiences

  • Comfortable navigating technical discussions with developers and making strategic trade-offs

  • Organizational savvy with a knack for influencing action

  • Intellectually curious and thrives in ambiguous environments

What you need:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience with a comprehensive understanding of digital engagement

  • 5+ years as a lean agile practitioner

  • Experience with Power BI is advantageous

  • Background in Financial Services/Insurance is a plus

  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred

  • Product Management certification is desirable

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$103,050.00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD
