  This role: A day and week in the life…

• Manage daily administration of database including user setups, profiles, roles, teams, and security levels.

• Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reporting, and dashboards.

• Document, maintain and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and lead training sessions for internal Salesforce users.

• Create training materials and user documentation.

• Evaluate and manage Salesforce releases.

  This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

• Worked for 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.

• Obtained a Salesforce Administrator certification, Trailblazer profile will be considered.

• Proficient with Pardot marketing automation.

• Have successfully managed Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Processes.  Strong background in Sales Cloud to support Revenue Ops.

• Created documentation and training materials and conducted training sessions.

• Have experience translating technical information to a non-technical audience .

• Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, IT, or a related field or have equivalent work experience.
