Robert Half is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Lead special projects focused on process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget and forecast deviations.

• Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development and growth.

• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Proven track record of successfully leading projects and driving process improvements.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
